The purpose of this privacy notice is to tell you about how we collect and use personal data in connection with our service. We may update this privacy notice from time to time.  When we do this, we will communicate any changes to you and publish the revised privacy notice on our website.

What data we need to collect and use? 

To provide this service, we will collect and use some or all of the personal information below: 

  • Name 
  • Company 
  • Email address 
  • Company Address – if your company is a residential setting, due to being a private business, full details does not need to be provided (e.g., Foster Carers or Child Minders). 
  • Phone number 
  • Finance data – invoice PO ref/invoicing address  
  • Accessibility data – needs/training needs to be aware of. e.g., Sign language (identify pronouns – introduction at first point of contact) 

How do we use your personal information? 
 

We use this information for one or more of the following reasons: 
Via a data processing operation, to create a contact list and register for training sessions. To enable attendees to network and learn from each other. 
 
Who else might we share your personal information with?  
Sometimes we may need to share your information, but we will only do so where we have a valid legal basis to share data. We will only share the minimum information for each circumstance.  We may share some of your personal information with one or more of the following: 

  • Blind CC delegate – no emails are shared 
  • Within course joining instructions – share name of delegate and the setting they are from 
  • To manage delegates expectation on who they might meet 
  • Delegates will introduce themselves and their setting as part of the training session. 
  • Delegates failure to attend or fail to comply with cancellation policy, the team will advise the manager of that delegate.
