Course Description
Aims and Objectives of course:
- Increased understanding of trauma and better able to see it
- Understand links between trauma and behaviour
- Understand trauma, bias and links to disproportionality
- Increased understanding of how trauma can be manged compassionately and relationally
- Embed Trauma Responsive approaches into your teams
